As we do some slight modifications or updates to Aurelia Dawn we will be collecting some of the posts here just so you can see what we’ve done (or doing).
While Aurelia Dawn was (is) in great condition when we bought her, there were a number of “little” things that we wanted to do to improve her and make her our own.
Over the course of the coming months (years) we will be working on some of the following:
- Replace lights with more efficient LED versions in the salon and cockpit
- Replace “older” televisions with newer energy-efficient flat-screen versions
- Replace the table in the cockpit
- Install more water-efficient showers and faucets
- Install UV water purification system
- Update Chartplotter / Radar Equipment
- Replace carpet in the cockpit and on the transom with “sea decking”
We will be updating this list as we become more familiar with Aurelia Dawn. We hope you enjoy this as much as we will.
